Drag a draft onto a slot. Amber means due now: post it, then mark it posted.
Unscheduled
Subs
Names are how they appear in Telegram or the ledger. Posts and cards never show them; they show the case number.
Ledger
Click a payment to correct it. Every change goes into the audit trail and can be undone.
Settings
Telegram two bots: the admin bot runs the group, the injection bot talks to subs as Em
X the queue posts itself at each slot
Pipeline
Rules that move subs along by themselves. Every move shows in the sub's timeline and in Activity.
0 switches it off. A new send brings a Quiet sub back to Active. Paused and closed files are never touched.
AI replies
How long a bot draft waits for one of you before the AI sends it on its own, by level. A sub's own setting (on his file) overrides this. Safety rules always win.

Google Drive
The Inbox imports from the Drive folder, subfolders included. The library goes back to a separate folder in a Shared Drive, in the same folder tree as in the Studio: approved pictures are uploaded, moves follow, archived pictures go to Drive's trash. It runs every 10 minutes.
Backups
Every night the whole database (and KEPT's, when it's connected) is encrypted and put in a Drive folder. The last 14 days are kept, plus one a week for 8 weeks before that. Pictures aren't in it: the library has its own copy in Drive. How to restore
Bot replies
The quick replies on draft cards, and the automatic greeting and away message. Write {throne} where her Throne link goes. The AI drafts use the same link.

Nightly generation
At this time, if any images are queued in Create, the GPU pod on RunPod is started, works through the queue, puts the results in the Inbox and switches itself off. A pod started by hand is left alone.

Answering happens in Telegram. A chat opens his file at the conversation.
